Dear Homeowners and Residents of the Eastbridge Condominium Association,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are excited to announce a new parking registration process for the Association. The Association is partnering with Parking Boss to provide an online platform for parking registration for both homeowners, residents and guests.
With the launch of a new parking registration process, Navigate has worked with the Board to establish a new set of rules and regulations related to the parking.

You will need to follow the instructions in the mailing to activate your parking permits.
REGISTERING GUESTS
As a homeowner or tenant, you will need to register all guests staying overnight between the hours of 10pm and 6am. Registration will be available directly from your phone or your guests’ phone; or online. You will be provided with a unique code for your unit for guests registration.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Additional information will be provided by email and on the Association’s website as we roll out this new parking registration process. While we don’t expect any issues with the new registration system, we ask for your patience and understanding as we seek to improve the parking situation within the community.
